Payment: A signed contract and a $500.00 non-refundable deposit are required at the time of booking. The balance may be paid after your charter. This reserves the time and date you requested. We are not responsible for adverse weather, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 30 days prior to your reserved date, and receive a refund of any monies paid, excluding your deposit. Being an exclusive yacht, we may not be able to re-book for that time period.
